Lovely hotel in a lovely location. The staff was really nice and helpful. The self- service bar is amazing and there are 2 restaurants nearby. For me the room was a bit cold, but I always trend to have cold. Amazing breakfast, everything you could wanted to eat, they have it. If I ever come to Utrecht, I will definetly come back to Star Lodge.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding super. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is basic maar voldoende. Matrassen zijn wel wat zacht en de kussens zijn voor mij persoonlijk niet plat genoeg. Als laatste puntje van kritiek is dat er tijdens het ontbijt leden van de schoonmaakploeg door de ontbijtzaal zeulen met zakken vol vies beddengoed. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad en geen gedoe met het parkeren van de auto verder. Ik zal zeker terugkomen.(Translated by Google)Price-quality ratio superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Positioned on the outskirts of Utrecht, well served by bus.Great for relaxing.Well cleaned and nice rooms.Average breakfast.Next to the hotel there is a good restaurant.

Leuke ligging, fijn personeel, degelijk maar wel gezellig en praktisch ingericht. Prettige douche. Fijne ambiance. Je kan lekker buiten zitten. Formule van 24/7 drankjes halen uit 'n automaat is ook top. Hele redelijke prijzen. De ligging is ideaal. Stil (als je aan de achterkant zit) en je loopt zo Utrecht in. Maar,..de bedden zijn echt veel te zacht en maar voor weinig mensen geschikt (we zijn doorgewinterde reizigers en bouwen momenteel zelf een hotel, dus we weten wel een beetje waar we het over hebben). De temperatuur in de kamer was 'bloedheet'. Er is geen airco of ventilator o.i.d. Als ik denk aan een goede nacht denk ik aan: klimaat (regelbaar), matras (comfortabel) en douche (goeie straal). Zelfs met het raam open dreven we uit ons bed. Wij waren de volgende dag verre van fit. Pijn in de rug en weinig geslapen door de warmte. Dat is toch een beetje jammer als je een nachtje voor de fun uit logeren gaat. In de ochtend, toen we gingen ontbijten -en een goeie kop koffie nodig hadden-, liepen we tegen een rij van 12 mensen aan. Dan moet je jezelf wel even verbijten 20 minuten in de rij te staan voor een koffietje (wel lekkere koffie!).(Translated by Google)Nice location, nice staff, solid but cozy and practically furnished. The temperature in the room was 'sweltering'. There is no air conditioning or fan or the like. When I think of a good night, I think of: climate (adjustable), mattress (comfortable) and shower (good spray). Even with the window open we drifted out of bed. We were far from fit the next day. Back pain and little sleep due to the heat. That's a bit of a shame if you're staying out for a night for fun. In the morning, when we went for breakfast -and needed a good cup of coffee-, we ran into a line of 12 people. Then you have to force yourself to stand in line for 20 minutes for a coffee (delicious coffee!).

Very nice hotel and public space inside & lobby. Super nice and helpful staff. Self-service (paid) bar & coffee at the lobby. Two good restaurants right next to the hotel in the same area with outdoor/indoor tables. Rooms are very clean & comfy beds. The only thing that could be better in our room was the WC/shower which lacked shelves for storing your stuff for a longer stay.
