SPRINGFIELD (0.) NEWS- SUN, Monday, November 22, 1982 Obituaries Obituaries DUSTIN NIGEL DAVIS, 6, of 6 Mark New Carlisle, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from injuries suffered an automobile accident. He was born Dec. 12, 1975, in Troy, a son of Steven and Tina (Ipock) Davis. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Nathan Davis, at home; maternal grandparents, Carl and Sue Ipock, Alcony; paternal grandparents, and Mary Davis, Troy; and maternal great mother, Lillie Mae Ipock, Alcony.

He was a first grade student at Northwestern School. His body was taken to the Deeter-Baird Funeral Home, Troy, where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev.

Lloyd Rife and Mr. William Cupp officiating. Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery. FRANK R. JONES 76, of Springfield, died at 5 a.m.

Saturday in his residence. He was born Aug. 31, 1906, in London, 0., a son of William and Laura (Smith) Jones and had resided in Springfield since 1926. He retired from the International Harvester Co. in 1965 after 33 years of service.

He was a member of the Fifth Lutheran Church and Local No. 402, UAW. He is survived by a son, Frank R. Jones Springfield; two sisters, Mrs. William (Thelma) Beirbaugh and Mrs.

Jenny Kelly, both of London; a grandson; and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Helen (Booker) Jones, a son, four brothers, and a sister are deceased. Friends may call in the Austin Richards and Raff Memorial Home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m.

Tuesday in the memorial home with the Rev. Glen Stadler, pastor of the Fifth Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. MARY CAROL KIRKLAND 39, of 1143 Skinner Lane, died at 12:35 Saturday in St. John's Center.

She was born May 30, 1943, in Springfield, a daughter of Robert Burns and Mary Eloise (Holmes) Kirkland and had resided here all of her life. She was a 1961 graduate of Shawnee High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call in the Austin Richards and Raff Memorial Home from 3 to 5 and 7 to cO p.m. Monday.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the memorial home with the Rev. Larry Phillips, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. ANTHONY "TONY" McGILLIVRAY 75, of 1337 N.

Plum died at 2:55 a.m. Sunday in Heartland of Springfield following several months of illness. He was born April 29. 1907, in Columbus, 0., a son of Daniel and Catherine (Leffel) McGillivray. He was a retired employee of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

He was a member of Tremont United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Ron Springfield; three grandchildren; and two brothers. Dewey, Tremont City, and Thomas Northridge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace, July 14, 1978, three brothers, and two sisters. His body was taken to the Woods-Allgier Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Tuesday. Services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Stover of the Tremont United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens MRS.

RUTHANNE STEINBERGER 45, of 6666 Runkle St. Paris, died at 10:51 p.m. Friday in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana, following three months of failing health. She was born in Dayton, Feb. 21, 1937, a daughter of Albert L.

and Lorene (Clark) Davis. She was formerly employed by Wards' Greenhouse, St. Paris. She was a member of the Westville United Methodist Church, former member of the Hill and Dale Garden Club, St. Paris Antique Study Club, has served for nine years as a 4-H advisor, and was active in southern Ohio, Ohio, and American Quarter Horse Associations.

Survivors include her husband, John Steinberger whom she married June 23, 1957; one son, Joe; one daughter, Jill, both at home; her father, Albert L. Davis, Vandalia; her mother, Lorene Davis, of the Champaign County Nursing Home; and two brothers, Jack C. Davis, Trotwood, James A. Davis, North Hampton. Friends may call in the Atkins Funeral Home, St.

Paris, from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and anytime Monday. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Lowell Peterson of the Westville United Methodist Church, assisted by the Rev.

NOEL (FRANCES) WHITE 67, of 976 Bon Air Urbana, died at 10:55 a.m. Sunday in Mercy Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 13, 1915, in Columbus, 0., a daughter of Charles B. and Julia (Connor) DoShe was a member of St.

Mary Catholic Church, Urbana, the Ladies Society of the church, the Daughters of Isabella, and Twig 7 of the Mercy Memorial Hospital Guild. She had been active in the Blood Mobile Program and was an avid golfer at the Urbana Country Club. She was a 1933 graduate of Logan High School. Survivors include her husband, Noel, whom she married July 18, 1938; three sons, William N. Jeffrey and James all of Urbana; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs.

James (Mary) Higgins, Akron, 0., and Mrs. Paul (Julia) Stump, St. Albans, W. and three brothers, William Donahue, Columbus, Patrick, Springfield, and James, Urbana. She was preceded in death by a brother, John.

Her body was taken to the Walter Funeral Home, Urbana, where friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be sung at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mary Church.
