Nice room in a quiet, modern, clean and safe part of Prague. The house is located on the corner of the square 2 minutes walk from the tram stop, 1 minute away is a supermarket, restaurants and other smaller shops. Good connection to the center, about 25 minutes by tram or with a transfer to the subway. Trams run at rush hour every 2 minutes, at night after about 20 minutes. Nearby is nature, Aquapark 10 minutes walk. Roommates are nice, quiet, working strangers who are at work all day, arrive late in the evening and you won't even know about them. You can chat and ask anything, they will be happy to help with everything. The apartment has 4 rooms, each with 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with utensils that you can use for cooking. A washing machine is available in the bathroom, it is also possible to use an iron and ironing board, or a clothes dryer, which are available in the closet in the hallway. WIFI is of course also available, the password is in the kitchen, speed 150mgb /s.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.

How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Always 30days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

For reservations of 180 days or longer, the landlord requires a refundable deposit.
Please note that the deposit is a full substitute for the Stay Benefits plan. Therefore, this plan that includes extra liability and assistance service insurance won’t be applied to this reservation.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you will continue to be covered under our standard StayProtection package, only with the Stay Benefits excluded.
Since every landlord can set different rates for each month or even for specific dates, we display the average price you will pay per 30 days. You can view the complete payment schedule in the reservation box of each listing detail - simply input the dates of your stay and the payment list will be calculated according to the landlord's settings.
Deposit
This is the total amount of the deposit to be paid by the start of the lease (usually the move-in day).
The required amount can be even zero!
In fact, Flatio landlords CANNOT require a deposit for stays of less than 180 days (6 months). This is because we believe that all tenants are responsible and caring people and only onboard landlords who share this attitude.
For longer stays, the landlord decides whether or not to require a deposit. The only exception is for rentals in Spain where the landlords are required by law to ask for a deposit even for shorter stays.
Utilities and internet
All utilities and internet are at Flatio always included. You don't pay any hidden fees.
Service fee
This one-time fee helps to cover our operational costs. Thanks to the service fee, we can provide you with verified listings, StayProtection coverage, reliable customer support, and much more.

Cancelation Policy
Friendly (7-days)
Rent
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the reservation ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next reservation and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next reservation is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
