Beginning with the rear patio door that leads to theunique patio deck that provides a place to relax and unwind as well as stow a few items above ground. When you are ready to experience luxury and comfort head back inside to the fireplace below the 50" Smart LED TV and sit in thechairs or on the hide-a-bed sofa, or even at the dining table. There is a full-timer's desk option to choose as well. The cook will have full amenities, upgraded appliances, a kitchen island with a farmhouse stainless steel sink, solid surface countertops, and a pantry to store lots of goodies. The middle extra room can be utilizes as a bunkhouse, another living area, or even an office because of the desk top, plus there is a queen size loft above. And you will be able to sleep like royalty in the front bedroom with a fireplace. There is plenty of storage for your clothing, as well as a 32" Smart LED TV, plus washer and dryer prep if you want the option to make laundry day easier!
With any KZ Durango Gold full-time luxury fifth wheel, you will enjoy the new Blancher Cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances such as a 30" convection microwave and 24" oven with a four burner range, plus a stainless dishwasher. Other top features include an electric tilt bed with Serta Comfort foam king mattress, two 15K A/C units, plus theater seating with powered recline, heat and massage features. You will also appreciate a handy central vacuum system with attachments that stores out of sight. Each Durango Gold is constructed with six-sided aluminum framing, and has a heated, insulated and an enclosed underbelly. It is also constructed with Tufflex roofing material which is flexible, puncture resistant, and reflective. The now standard "Off The Grid" solar package includes two 200W solar panels, a 30A MPPT solar charge controller, and a 2,000W True Sine Wave inverter for off-grid capabilities. If you're wanting to go completely off-grid, you might want to choose the optional Boondocker Solar System with even more features that won't require you to be close to electric hookups!
